While continuing his work at Sixt Rent A Car, he continued his in-company education in Germany in Training of Trainers, Quality and Service Management, Claims Management Process, Business & He continued by receiving training and certificates in Sales Development, Communication and Complaints management and Franchise Management. Özden, who took part in the management team that received an international training and quality award in 2016, worked as an operations director and assistant general manager in the daily and fleet leasing sector. Appointed as General Manager of Marketing. Özden is married and speaks English.
